Research in Motion (RIM) kembali mengumumkan bahwa mereka akan juga mengeluarkan 2 model Playbook, yaitu BlackBerry 4G PlayBook untuk LTE and HSPA. Jadi sejauh ini Blackberry Playbook sudah mengumumkan empat tipe.
